Our Opportunities? Two.

Preaching the Good News!

This form of telling the lost world that they are in need of Salvation is not as popular as it once was? Believers are scared of the world, they lack trust and faith in Elohim, because they have encompassed the securities of Ha ‘Olam?

But this cannot be right and we daily face a cost for our faith, because it is hard to be a believer in Yeshua! We are saved is we continue to walk with Him and we also must tell others of the wonderful things that He has done for us, cost or not?

We are not of Ha ‘Olam, but have to continuing living in it and hope that by our witness others to will come to faith in Yeshua Ha ‘Adonai!

Matthew/Levi 10:7,   11:1,   Luke 11:32,   Acts 16:6,   Romans 2:16,   1 Corinthians 9:16,    2 Timothy 2:9.

Our Opportunities? One.

Sharing our faith in Yeshua!

Every moment should be an opportunity for us who believe in Yeshua to share Him with the far and near?

He has done great things for us, freed us from empty religious observance, from the curses of Ha ‘Torah by becoming that for us on the tree of redemption!

We have nothing to share, how can this be, unless of course we were never really born again?

Yochanan 3:3,   14-18,   Romans 3:22-23,   6:22-23,   1 Corinthians 10:16,   Galatians 6:10,  Hebrews 13:16.

PESACH-EASTER! Two.

Spices for Burial.

We tend once more to over look these passages, because they perhaps no longer have any meaning to the Ekklesia?

But they are important to us and are still worth examining and we also see that in this case these were prepared by the woman of the ministry of Yeshua, Mary the Prostitute, Mary His Earthly mother two woman who had a deep love for Him!

The legal requirement of these spices had their roots in the customs of the Egyptians and were incorporated by the Y’hudim for their own requirement, the main being that of keeping flies away from the decomposing body.

Mark 15:47-16:1,    Luke 23:55-56,    Exodus 30:25-37,    2 Chronicles 16:14.

A Mothers Love?

March 8, 2019

Mari mother of Yeshua!

We all have mothers no human as yet cannot be born without a mother and a father!

We all should love and respect our parents it is a command of Elohim to do so, but not all relationships are perfect? Many are flawed by sin and the consequences of relationships outside of marriage, scandal and psychological rejection!

Mari had much worry through her life with Yeshua, many times she interfered not fully understanding what was happening! She was a caring woman, wanting the best for her son that is a most natural thing!

Many Y’hudim will mark Mothering Sunday with flowers and gifts, but to show our real appreciation it to continue and serve our mothers in their daily needs?

Matthew/Levi 1:16-20,   2:11,   13:55,   Mark 10:30,   Luke 2:41-43,   Acts 1:14,   Ephesians 6:1,   1 Timothy 5:2,   Hebrews 11:23.

Love!

February 21, 2019

We cannot do without It?

If the world had more love, sympathy and understanding, would it be a better place? Sadly it might be improved, but sin that is an inherited stain on humanity would spoil it!

But we who claim to have faith, have to show what we say by putting into practise sympathy, understanding and love daily in our work, home, retirement, duty, and at school?

Without love there would be no feeling, passion, artistic expression in music, painting, writing, photography, design, invention, love for others, romance, sex, the fulfillment of life?

But with knowing Elohim and having that fulness of inner peace, power and love in Yeshua we have entered into the New Life today and for Eternity!

Psalm 98:1,   Yesha ‘Yahu 48:6,    65:17,   2 Corinthians 5;17,   Revelation 21:5.

Another Year 2019!

But the same old Story?

We have to press on with our faith in Yeshua, but there are many out there who seek to undermine our religion and culture by re-writing history and denying Ha ‘Shoah!

They have denied the facts of history, as they deny the facts about Yeshua and His love for Y’srael! The fact that Elohim chose our people to possess the land that has been given back once more, for the day of His return!

We must share our faith, but also the truth about Nazi-Germany and its eugenics ideas in the deliberate destruction of the Jewish race?

Exodus 11:17,  14:25,  Y’hoshua 7:20,  Nehemiah 5:1,  Dani’EL  3:8,  Luke 2:34,  Romans 11:2.

CHRISTMAS! Two.

Bearing the Name?

The virgin conception and birth of Yeshua is one of the key factors about Chanukka-Christmas, that the promised Messiah and the Saviour of Ha ‘Olam has come Elohim into human flesh the gift given for our redemption!

But being a believer in Yeshua comes with a cost, that of being ostracized from what ever group you belong too? Be targeted for being different, doing right, seeking to be honest or showing integrity? Because Ha ‘Olam is the opposite of everything that is honourable and it is a challenge for us to bear His name!

Jeremiah 29:11, 13,   Amos 5:4,   Luke 1:35,  37,   Yochanan 3:3,  14-17,   Colossians 2:2-15,  Hebrews 11:5.

Chanukkah! Two.

The fulfillment Of!

Malachi id the last Prophet of the Tanakh and much of what he has to say is about the decline in the standards required by Elohim in relation to Temple sacrifices! But we are then left with a four hundred year gap until the birth of Messiah to a young virgin in Roman occupied Israel!

But those four hundred years in Jewish history are not left empty, we have the rise of the Maccabees and the Hasmoneans revolting first against the Greeks and then the Romans?

But then the last Temple is finally restored and dedicated by the Festival of lights, looking back for Messianic believers we now understand this was a prophetic interlude to Yeshua words, I Am the light of Ha ‘Olam!

But there is more when Yochanan tells us that, ‘For Elohim so loved Ha ‘Olam that He gave us His one and only Son Yeshua!

Malachi 4:2,  Matthew/Levi 4:16,   Luke 2:32,   Yochanan 3:15-16,    8:12,    9:5,    Acts 26:18,   Ephesians 5:14.

Making the right Choice?

Redemption!

The Complete Tanakh says, ‘That we are all sinners!

That is the fact of humanity, we are born into inherited sin and this  marks out as failures before Elohim for the rest of our lives! This condition is another terminal illness, but humanity has as yet not been able to find a cure for it!

We can be self-achieving, learn to be confident and self-improve or otherwise be foolish or mad in evil and wickedness? But what ever road we should choose in the ideal of humanism it will not solve our condition!

Elohim has given to us His one and only Son Yeshau and by repenting and confessing our failures to Him, he will forgives and set us free by His redemptive work on the tree of cursing and His rising from the grave!

Yesha’ Yahu 1:18,   Zechariah 13:1,   Yochanan 3:3,   4-7,   15-18,    Acts 14:22,    Romans 3:22-23,   6:22-23,   1 Corinthians 6:11,   Hebrews 9:14,   13:12,   Alef Yochanan 1:7, Revelation 7:14.

The love of Elohim!

‘Not an excuse for Sin?

Today it is very hard to find believers who follow the teachings of the Complete Tanakh/Holy Bible, who are not adding things on that have nothing to do with Elohim!

Much of this comes from the lack of the ability to read the Tanakh/Bible and many believe that somehow Yeshua has done away with Ha ‘Torah/The Law, when in the Gospels we are told that He did not!

What is prevalent is the excuse to deliberately sin in the hope that God has forgiven and excused our future situation, but alas that is not how it works! The false ideas of ‘Once saved always saved, excuses sin and gives the impression that we can just say sorry sometimes and Elohim will let us off with it?

Accountability and responsibility are two of the most important actions of faith, how we appear to Ha ‘Olam will mark us out as wither we live by what we claim to be or show us to be hypocrites and thus loose our witness?

Exodus 34:6,   Deuteronomy 7:12,   Yochanan 3:3,   3:14-18,   2 Corinthians 9:13, Ephesians 2:4,   Alef  Yochanan 3:17,   Jude 1:21.
