Simchat Torah. Part-One.

A Warning.

We tend to think that Ha’Torah is over now that we are Christians, yes we are right in saying that Yeshua has fulfilled it for us. But He said that it remains unchanged.

Many Jewish people are marking this time of the year, its a tradition, but the truth is that it is a fact and it displeases Elohim when we refuse to submit or recognise Him.

Deuteronomy 33:1-34:12,  Matthew/Levi chapters 5-7, 5:17-20.

Yom Kippure. Part-Two.

Yeshua Forgives.

The sin of the people of Y’srael is not over after Yom Kippure, even though now it is Sukkot and we are heading for Simchat Torah. Sin is an ever present problem that needs to be sorted out immediatly.

Faith in Yeshua today will change that situation and burden that Ha’Torah cannot do. Yeshua has made the final atonement for our failure and by trusting in Him Ha’Torah is fulfilled. because He was the perfect man the second Adam, who gave His life for us.

Yochanan 3:15-16,  11:25-26, Hebrews chapter 5.

Circumcised.

We see that Yeshua as a baby had to be circumcised on the eight day as the Torah required his parents to fulfill. This was the beginning of life time of connection with Har Hek’el.

Unfortunately many ‘Christians over look these events as irrelevant, but we must never do this. Because this shows that He was first a Jew and the Messiah of Ysra’el. While in the Temple, there were two people and man and a woman who had lived to see this day and to prophecy the arrival of the messiah in human form.

We are also given a prophetic utterance by a priest prior to the birth of his son Yohanan the Baptizer, who would be a forerunner of the Messiah being revealed to the world.  Luke 1:5-23,  57-64,  2:21-39,  25-35,  36-37.

No hiding from Elohim.

Some people believe they can go on in life, thinking to the point of belief, that by their good deeds and works they will be right with Ellohim at the end?

But this is not so, He knows our hearts, minds, motives, He the creator Elohim, knows everything. He knows when you steal, lie, diddle your income tax, cheat others, commit adultery, sleep around and so goes the list of Sin and failures.

If we believe in Elohim, enlightened or not by the life giving light of Yeshua in our hearts and minds. We cannot continue to live by former standards, because we have been set free from the curse of the Torah.  Matthew/Levi 5:14-15,   Proverbs 4:18-19.
