Temptations?

Yeshua and Satan!

In the Gospel of Matthew/Levi we have the account of Satan coming face to face with Yeshau, whom He had not seen prior to His fall from the Heavenly order!

These events may seem strange to many readers and they are sometimes quickly over looked, but they are essential to Messianic Believers, because of their correlation to Ha Torah!

Satan makes three suggestions to Yeshua which are preposterous in what He thought He could achieve with the Son of Elohim? But they are essentials truths for us as believers to hold on too and not let ourselves be deluded by wealth, power, and the riches of this world that is in decay!

Matthew/Levi 4:4,    Deuteronomy 8:3.

           ”           4:10,     Deuteronomy 6:13.

Giving in to Sin.

This is what is wrong with our world today and the Church/Ekklesia, we have accepted into our teachings on love, what the world does. Rather we should be trying to overcome our natural desires and be going out for Elohim, for Yeshau and surrendering our selfishness and repenting of it before Him,

As new believers, married or single yeshua is always wanting the best for us, to grow in Him and to be inproving, Sin is a problem, but we can now refuse the temptations that the enemy will throw at us.

Jeremiah 3:6,   Matthew/Levi 15:19,    Galatians 5:19.

Prophecy and The Prophet.

After Jesus was circumcised in the Temple, to fulfill Torah tow people a man and a woman met His parents and prophesied over Him as the promised Messiah. Luke 2:36-37.

But the boy Yeshua, after His Bar-Mitzvah stayed in the Temple teaching and answering questions with the religious teachers. Luke 2:46-47. In the temptations of Satan, Yeshua was taken to the highest point and asked to bow to him. But Yeshua said no.  Matthew/Levi 4:5-7,  Luke 4:9-12.
