Forgiving each Other!

Love, Marriage and Divorce?

Divorce was never in the vocabulary of Elohim, it was something forced upon Moshe by the people in the Sinai!

Next week millions will be spent of St. Valentines day in the annual day of slushy romance, many will propose and get married enjoying the aspect of the experience!

But about this time next year or the year after depending on the marriage date, they will be divorcing because I did not sign up to this?

We are all Sinners so the Complete Tanakh tells us and because of our fallen nature we are all selfish! This ugly monster is in each of us and it will come out from time to time in differing degrees! But the answer to the problem is to learn to forgive and press on, if we really love each other?

Since Elohim loved us, and gave us His one and only son, since He forgives us our failures, then we too must learn to forgive others!

Love in Practice.

Saint Valentine.

This traditional festival of good works and marriage today has become more of geting the partner into bed for good sex the best and quickest way. People have lost the sense and value of what it is to love and care for others.

But we who have faith in Yeshua must not act as the world because we are now free of the curse and sting of death and decay.

The practice of real love, romance and concern for others in our community must be to show it to all who believe in Yeshua.

The Bible and our Age.

Very few Christians today follow or keep what the bible has to say on many subjects, so instead of applying many have found ways to get around its commands. This is what happened to Ysrael in the past and the consequenses were the Babylonian exile for the survivors.

Today we who are believers in Yeshua, will on the Day of Judgement have to give an account of our actions to Elohim. We will also be juged on our words and what we said in life.

There can be no excuses in marriage, no ground for adultry or same sex relationships with the excuses of we loved each other. People can love each other and live together, there is nothing wrong with that. When perverted sexual practice is employed we are now up against forbidden Sins.

Elohim Ordained it.

No matther who we are, race, colour, creed marriage is between a man and a woman and not as the world wants it now to be between two men or teo woman, The Olam will always come up with what it wants, but we do not belong to the world anymore if we believe by faith in the death and resurrection of Yeshua Adonai Messiah.

We now belong to our Father Elohim and follow the commands and decrees of Yeshua, so we are no longer part of the greed and selfishness. Because we have been set free by the blood of Yeshua.

Believers and the World.

Sometimes it is hard to distinguish between believers and the world? We may meet and fellowish or attend a ‘Church and the people we meet on those occasions live, carry on as the world does. This is perhaps more obvious with youner people, they live together well before marriage. We can say much about the worlds loose moral attitudes, and if we have been saved later in life we will know for ourselves.

The Tanakh is very clear in relation to this matter, despite many people falling into temptations. But as believers we do so need to speak to young people and older ones to. The Tanakh/Torah taught us that the woman should be stoned, but we are now free from the Torah through the atonement of Yeshua.

But the New Testament teaches us that we must do our best to flee any form of immorality, sexual sins. We are born again by the power and the dynamic of the Ruach Ha’Kodesh of Elohim Ha’Adon.
