Heaven. Part-Two.

June 6, 2013

Not all will make it.

Those who will make it to heaven are those who believe by faith in the death and resurrection of Yeshua Adonai from the grave. This is the key to being saved, but we have to keep living and applying the truth that Yeshua has shown us.

If we disobey and go our own ways into greed, into sexual sin, into telling lies, then we show that we are not walking in the truth.   Hebrews 10:26-30,  Revelation 21:8,  22:15.

What is the point of having a label and then not living up to what you claim to be?   1 Yohanan 1:5-10.

‘The Garden Tomb.’

We have the immediate witnesses of the resurrection of Ha’Adon in the garden tomb. The women set out with the burial spices, only to find the tomb empty. They were then met by angels and eventually by the risen Lord, whom at first they thought was the gardeners.  Matthew/Levi 27:57-28:10,  Mark 15:42-16:11,  Luke 23:50-24:12,  Yochanan 19:38-20:18.

It was at the announcement of the reports of the resurrection of Yeshua, that the religious authorities in Yerushalyim told the guards to spread lies about what had happened. Today these lies continue to be believed by the majority of Jewish people.  Matthew/Levi 28:11-15,.

‘Resurrection.’

Yeshua died on the stake and three days later He arose from the dead, even today many Jewish people believe this to be a lie! Like so much about the mercy and love of Elohim this is not a lie, because if it is a lie, then the Jews are not a people and Israel is not their land.  Matthew/Levi 27:45-28:20,  Yochanan 19:16-21:14.

Over five hundred people, apart from His Talmidim witnessed the resurrection, for without both it and the stake there is no final atonement for sin. You can build the Temple and you can burn as many animals as you like, but it is only the blood of Yeshua Adonai that will save you.  Mark 15:21-16:18,  Luke 23:26-24:49.
