Speaking and Serving!

Basics of knowing Yeshua?

We tend to forget over time, what is it all about being a believer? What we once knew has faded and we have become slack much like they way we once were in Ha ‘Olam?

There are two basic things that each one of us has as Born-Again believers and that is the ability to speak about what Elohim has done for us and to serve other believers in their times of need!

The Apostle Kefa could not shut up on the day that Ruach Ha ‘Kodesh was given and so it should be the same with us? The other basic gift is that of serving other believers, financially, and provisionally as well as prayer and the right words of encouragement?

Luke 3:11,   Yesha ‘Yahu 58:7-11,   Acts 5:40,   6:10,   18:25,   1 Corinthians 9:10,   Ephesians 4:15,   James/Ya’akov 2:15-26.

Yeshua Adonai-Tzva’ot.

We tenc to forget at this time of the year who we are celebrating the birth of, ‘Christmas is full of decorations and food fro the one big day. Yet this 1900 year-old tradition lasts from the 12th of December to the 20th of January and is marked by various traditions slightly differently.

For us this is the birth of our Saviour and the Eternal King, Yeshua-Adonai will rule the world one day from His throne in Jerusalem. That will be a great day, that my words cannot comprhend it, when all of Ysrael will be saved.

Yesha’Yahu 9:6-7 (9:5-6), Dani’el 7:14, 27, 1 Corinthians 15:24-28,  Revelation 19:11.

The forty years.

One big mistake lead to Y’srael being held back for forty years, they lacked faith, allowed fear to come in and told lies in their report to Moshe. But Kalev was having none of it, he was the man of faith at that moment. But he was ignored, today many people are ignored around the world as cranks or nutters and yet some of them go out and great things are achieved.

Modern Israel today likes to make its own claims as to its achievements, how many wars it has won, and how it is trying to make peace with its hostile neighbours. All of this is done without the help or need of Elohim and yet it is Elohm who has done everything. Many Christians forget quite quickly, that great hour of their Salvation as easily and idismiss their actions as something of their own doing.

That is the sadness and reallity of Sin in our human hearts, but it should not be!
