Another Year!

Over the years of writing this blog post one has not moved on to change the emphasis, this is because for our little nation wither one believes in it or not will be attacked again and again?

Arab nations, the Muslim religion, western liberalism and now anti-Semitism is coming to the fore in places that we thought were done with this, learning from their own historical failures?

But we must recognise that sin, being an inherited condition continues to work in the hearts of each of us! The writer of Ecclesiastes was correct when he said, ‘That there was nothing new under the sun!

What is more important is the knowledge that we have found Yeshua Adonai as the Lord and master of our lives and that we continue to walk with Him, awaiting that great day of His return!

Yochanan 14:28,  1 Thessalonians 1:10,   Hebrews 1:2-3,   10:37,   Yesha ‘Yahu 51:11, Zechariah 1:3,   Malachi 3:18,   Luke 12:36,   Alef Kefa 3:4.

Yeshua Adonai is Returning?

Many believers can believe so much of the account of Yeshua in relation to His death and rising from the dead on the third day as promised and they believe this is enough?

But there is much more to these events that occurred in the forty days between His rising from the grave and His return home to Heaven! The emphasis for the Talmadim was when would Israel be restored again?

They were talking about the Kingdom, just like the people in the triumphal entry to Yerushalayim wanted Him to be their King! This was part of the mind of Ha ‘Yhudim in those days! We are told He could not commit to a date, but on reflection for us the nation or State of Israel exists!

But we as believers are still waiting for His return, which is much more important in relation to us and all historical events!

Pesach-Easter!

Elohim so loved Ha ‘Olam that he gave us His one and only Son, Yeshua!  Yochanan 3:14-16.

This is quite a statement to be found in the New Testament of the Complete Tanakh, but it is only a part of something greater that then leaves us with the challenge of applying this Love of Salvation to others around us?

Ephesians 2:4,  Alef Yocahanan 4;10-11, 19.

The world and Israel is full of trouble, the rise of anti-Semitism, attacks on Jewish communities, and this holiday many Christians will be killed for just going to Church!

We have the responsibility to share our faith and testimony, along with financial support and visiting the sick, poor and caring for widows and orphans?

Open Rebellion.

Apart from being accused by Elohim of being a stubborn people, Y’srael had the habit of undermining leadership and there arose a series of occasions when young men went into open rebellion to take that leadership role of their own making?

Their own choices in the case of  Abimelech, Saul and Absalom was to lead to their own downfall’s! Because all of them chose to disobey Elohim, in seeking power by murder, by consulting the dead and by going against the will of Elohim.

If we believe in Yeshua, we must wait on Him and not try to do our own thing, thinking He will approve of our plans and bless us?

Legalism does not equal Salvation.

No one will ever be saved by the Law, because no one can keep the whole of Ha’Torah.

That is why Elohim gave us His One and Only Son Yeshua to make one final atonment for our Sins. He was the perfect man, the second Adam and if we believe in Him we will be saved and be in eternity with Him.

Believe in Jesus!

As we have seen Elohim has no time for the P’lishtim as a nation in the region, but He does have time for all peoples to have faith in His son Isa. Yeshua, Jesus.

No one Jew or Gentile will enter Heaven on their good works, but only by faith in the works of the tree/stake. His death and resurrection from the dead.

Acts 1:22,  4:12, Romans 6:3, Phillipians 3:10, 1 Kefa 1:3.

The Healer.

Yeshua in His life with us healed many people in Ysra’el and also in some lands of the Goyim. But that process continues now since the time of the stake, He bears our griefs. Yeshua bears our sin and He shed His blood for us.

This blood of the Atonement is not eternally shed, the time of Elohims grace, favour will continue to the end of the ages. But it will stop at the day of Judgement.

We at this time have to choice to believe in the works of the Messiah, but no matter who we are Yehudaim or Goyim we still have to believe in Him by faith to be Eternally Saved.

Yesha’yahu 53:4,   Matthew/Levi 8:16-17,   Mark 14:61-65,    1 Kefa 2:24-25.

Justice.

Let me as you a question, ‘ Are you a believer in Yehua Adon?

This is a very serious subject to be covered in the last of this series. Many people who claim to have faith, do not actually put that Faith into practise, while others take a glib attitude to their Salvation. They live as the world lives and only become believers on Shabbat.

Many others have no time to share their faith that they claim to have in Messiah. But we must know that we will not escape giving accountability before Him at the end.

2 Corinthians 5:10-11,   Genesis 18:25-26,   Job 34:11-12,   Psalm 98:9,    Revelation 22:12-13.

‘Hearing.’

At the end of the day we see that Yosef became a hearing and acting man. He was putting his faith in Elohim into action. Yosef started off as a good traditional Jewish man, always wanting to do what was right, but at the end of his life he became a believer in Yeshua Adonai. We are not told too many details about this father role that Yosef had with the Messiah, but the emphasis hear is on listening, hearing and acting on what Elohim is saying to us today.  Deuteronomy 3:33, Acts 21:20,  Romans 1:8,  2:13,  Galatians 3:2.
